Principal Risk Control Development Engineer
Job positioning:
Responsible for the overall technical architecture of the Security and Risk Control R & D teams, leading the design and continuous evolution of the system architecture, covering Performance optimization, microservice planning, disaster recovery and high availability design, technology selection and technological innovation promotion, providing architectural support for the high-speed growth and stable operation of the business.
Job responsibilities
Architecture Design: Design a high-performance, highly scalable, and highly available system architecture to support the stable operation of Security and Risk Control business in high-traffic and high-market scenarios.
Technology selection and innovation: In-depth mastery of Middleware technologies such as message queue, RPC framework, caching, database, etc., able to objectively evaluate their advantages and disadvantages and select and combine them based on business needs; responsible for the overall architecture technology selection of the department, continuously promoting technological evolution and innovation.
Stability guarantee: Establish and improve online problem location, monitoring and alarm, and fault review mechanisms, with the ability to quickly locate and solve difficult online problems.
Team empower: Provide technical guidance and architecture review for security and risk control teams, output architecture specifications and best practices, and enhance the overall technical strength of the team.
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, more than 7 years of Java or Go backend development experience, more than 3 years of architecture design experience.
Proficient in Java (Spring Boot, etc.) or Go (go-zero, etc.) microservice ecosystems, practitioners of both ecosystems preferred
Have experience in designing and tuning high-concurrency systems, and have experience in developing and architecting large-scale distributed systems.
Familiar with microservice structure, with practical experience in containerization and ByteMesh such as K8s and Docker.
Experience in architecture design and stability assurance in extreme peak scenarios such as high traffic and market trends.
Possess online problem location and troubleshooting capabilities, with a sound stability management strategy.
Bonus points
Have active experience in open source projects (author, core contributor, or deep participant).
Both the Java and Go technology stacks have participated in or led large-scale projects.
Have experience in AI/large model related projects (such as intelligent risk control, model engineering implementation, etc.).
Experience in building 0-1 business/systems from scratch.
