The Challenge

OneTrust is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to principally support the Labor and Employment practice group within the OneTrust Legal Department. This role will report to the Senior Director & Assistant General Counsel, Labor and Employment, and will partner closely with employment counsel, HR, People Team stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams on a wide range of labor and employment matters.

Your Mission

Support the Labor and Employment team on day-to-day legal matters, including employment disputes, claims, investigations, workforce actions, policy-related matters, and other employee issues, including:

Assisting with drafting, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining employment-related documents, correspondence, legal filings, agency responses, and internal guidance materials.

Managing legal trackers, case files, matter status updates, billing records, and other reporting tools to help ensure accurate and timely handling of employment matters.

Partnering with Legal, HR, and other internal stakeholders to gather facts, maintain documentation, and support consistent, practical legal processes and workflows.

Helping develop and maintain playbooks, templates, and process documentation that support scalable and effective labor and employment practices across the business.

Coordinating with outside counsel, internal business partners, and other members of the Legal Department as needed to support efficient management of labor and employment matters.

You Are

Paralegal experience supporting labor and employment matters in-house and/or at a law firm.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage sensitive matters and multiple priorities simultaneously.

Experience handling legal documentation, trackers, and matter management in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, HR professionals, and business stakeholders while exercising sound judgment and discretion.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a practical, solution-oriented approach.

Paralegal certificate.

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range

$32.67—$49.01 USD
