The Challenge

We are looking for a Director, Web & Digital Growth to join the OneTrust Growth Marketing team. This leader will own and scale OneTrust’s global digital growth system across web, SEO/AEO, paid media, conversion optimization, personalization, and digital analytics.

The role will translate company and go-to-market priorities into a measurable digital roadmap that increases qualified demand, improves conversion efficiency, strengthens discoverability across traditional and AI-powered search, and connects digital engagement to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

This leader will integrate currently specialized teams around shared priorities, common performance definitions, clear decision rights, and a consistent operating cadence. The role requires strategic judgment, analytical rigor, strong people leadership, and the ability to move work forward across Web Development, Marketing Operations, Global Campaigns, Content, Product Marketing, Brand, Field Marketing, ABM, and Sales.

Your Mission

Define and execute OneTrust’s global digital growth strategy across web, SEO/AEO, paid search, paid social, display, video, audience activation, conversion optimization, personalization, and digital analytics.

Own the integrated digital roadmap and prioritization framework, aligning resources and investment to pipeline, demand generation, regional growth, priority solutions, ICPs, buying groups, and business outcomes.

Lead web as a measurable growth engine: improve high-intent journeys, landing pages, solution and persona experiences, offer strategy, forms, CTAs, routing, next-best actions, and paths from discovery to qualified conversion.

Establish the operating model that connects paid media, web experience, SEO/AEO, content, campaign strategy, regional execution, analytics, and downstream sales progression.

Set the strategy for experimentation, conversion rate optimization, and personalization, beginning with priority high-intent journeys and scaling based on demonstrated business ROI.

Own budget allocation, pacing, forecasting, investment scenarios, agency strategy, and in-market optimization across the digital portfolio.

Establish a unified performance framework connecting traffic, engagement, high-intent conversion, MQL, SQL, SQO, pipeline, revenue, efficiency, and return on investment.

Partner with Marketing Operations, Reporting & Analytics, Web Operations to improve attribution, UTM governance, pixel and tag quality, lead routing, funnel definitions, dashboard usability, and reporting speed.

Build a recurring operating cadence for digital performance reviews, roadmap decisions, experiment readouts, budget shifts, issue escalation, and executive recommendations.

Represent Digital & Web Growth in company and marketing planning, technology evaluations, CMS and personalization decisions, campaign planning, regional prioritization, and cross-functional investment discussions.

Guide adoption of AI-enabled workflows that improve research, content scale, localization, experimentation, reporting, governance, and optimization while preserving brand, legal, data, and quality standards.

Monitor market, competitive, platform, and search-behavior changes to identify opportunities that strengthen OneTrust’s category position and qualified pipeline
