How you'll help us achieve it

We’re looking for a Corporate Merchant Field Officer (CDD-6months) who will be responsible for assessing the merchant network periodically and identifying execution issues and risks in order to help improve the quality of our service and the level of reliability of our merchant network.

In this role, you'll;

Make daily field visits to ensure that the corporate network is working properly.

Monitor the activity of merchants and make sure they are transacting.

Check the conformity of Wave branding, materials or operations.

Visits and analyze corporate merchants as a Wave customer.

Inspects the merchant environment to detect possible concerns and areas for improvement.

Performs transactions as a regular customer and asks specific questions to assess service quality and compliance.

Analyze and report merchants’ behavior and answers.

Develops the report (questionnaire) with the full experience of each merchant visited.

Follow up on field activation and promotion activities and gather data as per the provided template.

Analyze the corporate teams' adherence to processes and policies through random calls.

Executes other internal audit admin tasks as may be assigned.

Training of corporate or raise their awareness of processes, business app or best practices.

Check and monitor compliance with commitments (service quality, deadlines, equipment, etc.).

Be able to support for corporate deployment, corporate setup.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in field roles, assessing service quality or conducting surveys/data collection

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good written communication.

Great attention to detail.

Outstanding memorization abilities.

Well-organized and flexible.

Ability to conduct duties discreetly and impartially.

Good training skills.

Good knowledge of google forms, sheet etc.

Fluency in French. English will be a plus.

Key details

Location: You'll work from our office in CI and may travel to field locations.

Work authorization in CI is required
