The Role

Equity is central to how Nebius attracts and retains the people building the next generation of AI infrastructure. As a senior individual contributor in Rewards, you will own accurate day-to-day administration and delivery of our global equity programs, help employees understand ownership, and strengthen operations and controls as our public company grows.

What you will do

Administer the lifecycle of RSUs, options, and other awards, including grants, vesting, exercises or releases, settlement, transfers, forfeitures, cancellations, and terminations.

Deliver new-hire, promotion, retention, and annual refresh events across our global programs in line with plan rules, approvals, controls, and timelines.

Maintain accurate award, participant, transaction, and share-reserve data across the equity platform, HRIS, payroll, broker, and finance systems through reconciliations and validation.

Partner with Payroll, Tax, Legal, Finance, HR Operations, and Mobility on withholding, settlement, cross-border moves, leaves, terminations, and complex operational cases.

Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports and support equity expense, forecasting, reconciliations, board and filing data, audits, and control testing with timely documentation.

Apply securities, insider-trading, fair market value, recordkeeping, and control requirements; support trading windows and escalate risks or gaps with practical solutions.

Own the equity operations mailbox and provide timely employee and manager support; maintain FAQs and education on awards, vesting, transactions, taxation, and program changes.

Track processing accuracy, reporting timeliness, data integrity, and enquiry resolution; partner with vendors and support automation, system testing, corporate actions, and new-country launches.

What you bring

Hands-on stock plan administration or equity operations experience, ideally in a publicly listed multinational company; CEP or a comparable qualification is a plus.

Strong working knowledge of RSUs, options, performance or other equity awards, vesting, exercises, settlement, payroll and tax interfaces, global mobility, and plan controls.

Experience supporting public-company reporting, share-based compensation, audit, internal controls, and trading-window processes; familiarity with SEC, Nasdaq, or foreign private issuer requirements is an advantage.

Advanced spreadsheet and data skills, with confidence using an equity administration platform, HRIS, payroll interfaces, reconciliations, operational reports, and large datasets.

Excellent judgment, organization, attention to detail, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines, explain complex equity topics clearly, and build trusted relationships.
