As the Affiliate & Partner Manager CEE at SharkNinja, you will lead the strategy and execution of our affiliate and partner marketing efforts across Central and Eastern Europe, with a focus on driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency across key markets. You will be responsible for developing high-impact affiliate partnerships, optimising partner performance, and identifying new growth opportunities while maintaining a strong commercial focus. Working cross-functionally with teams in Media, eCommerce, Category Marketing, Analytics, Commercial, and Creative, you'll ensure cohesive marketing activity across the funnel while adapting strategies to local market dynamics. Based in Frankfurt, this is a unique opportunity to own high-growth channels and help shape SharkNinja's continued expansion across the CEE region.

What You'll Do:

Drive the growth of SharkNinja's affiliate marketing programmes across Central and Eastern Europe by identifying, recruiting, and managing high-performing partners aligned with our brand values and business objectives.

Develop and execute data-led affiliate and partner marketing strategies to maximise traffic, customer acquisition, revenue, and return on investment across CEE markets.

Build and nurture strong relationships with affiliate partners, publishers, content creators, agencies, and networks, providing strategic guidance to maximise performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Media, eCommerce, Category Marketing, CRM, Analytics, and Commercial) to ensure affiliate and partner marketing activity aligns with campaign calendars and sales objectives.

Manage promotional planning, including offers, seasonal activations, product launches, and partner incentives to accelerate growth.

Brief, coordinate, and manage creative and banner requests for campaigns and exclusive affiliate cooperations, alongside ongoing publisher communication as well as creating promo codes, sample send-outs, commission adjustments, invoicing and sales validation.

Optimise commission models, partnership structures, and investment strategies to improve partner performance, efficiency, and retention.

Monitor campaign, partner, and channel performance using affiliate platforms (Awin) and analytics tools, identifying opportunities to drive continuous improvement.

Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to local, regional, and global stakeholders on programme effectiveness and business impact.

Support budget planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across affiliate and performance marketing activity.

Partner with media and digital teams to ensure alignment between affiliate activity and broader performance marketing initiatives.

Stay ahead of affiliate marketing, digital commerce, and consumer trends across the CEE region, identifying opportunities to drive innovation and growth.

Champion best practice in affiliate and performance marketing within SharkNinja, supporting knowledge sharing and scalability across markets.

What You'll Bring:

At least 3 years' experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or eCommerce, ideally within consumer brands or high-growth retail environments.

Strong understanding of affiliate marketing ecosystems, publisher models, attribution methodologies, and performance-driven partnerships.

Experience managing and launching affiliate programmes across multiple European markets, ideally within Central and Eastern Europe (e.g. Poland)

Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth, efficiency, and profitability objectives.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Experience using affiliate platforms (e.g. Awin), analytics tools, and performance reporting dashboards.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A motivated self-starter who is ambitious and curious, with a desire to test, learn, and continuously optimise.

Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles, teams, and personalities.

Fluency in English and/or German required; Additional Central or Eastern European language skills are advantageous.
