Remote positions open to candidates located in the United States.

The Snr. Marketing Experiences Manager owns KnowBe4's customer evidence, community, and event advocacy programs — the content, relationships, and connective tissue that prove KnowBe4's value in the market and keep customers engaged beyond the sale. This role is responsible for building a steady pipeline of customer proof (case studies, references, and customer content), acting as the liaison and chief advocate between the Community and Marketing, and supporting event content through customer panels, speaker management, and related program logistics.

Responsibilities:

Customer Evidence & Content

Build and manage a pipeline of case studies, customer references, video testimonials, and ROI-focused proof points

Partner with Customer Success to identify strong candidate stories and move them through production efficiently

Produce content in formats that sales and marketing actually use — not just long-form PDFs, but modular proof points, slides, quotes, and one-pagers

Maintain an up-to-date evidence library that is accessible and searchable by industry, use case, and product

Community & Marketing Liaison

Serve as the primary liaison between the customer community and Marketing, and act as the community's chief internal advocate

Develop and run KnowBe4's customer advocacy program — identifying, recruiting, and activating customer champions

Build and manage peer networks and reference programs that support sales cycles

Engage customers through newsletters, community platforms, and ongoing touchpoints that build loyalty beyond the product

Event Content & Speaker Management

Own customer-facing content for KB4-CON and other key events, in partnership with the Events team

Recruit, prep, and manage customer panels and speakers, including logistics, briefing materials, and day-of coordination

Project-manage event content workstreams end-to-end — timelines, approvals, dependencies, and stakeholder follow-up — across multiple concurrent events and initiatives

Cross-Functional Influence

Serve as the internal voice of the customer — surfacing insights, sentiment, and proof points into Product, PMM, and Sales conversations

Collaborate with Product Marketing on launches and messaging to ensure customer evidence is integrated from day one

Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure advocacy assets are embedded in sales motions and actively used

Bring a data-informed point of view to decisions about what to build, what to prioritize, and how KnowBe4's customers experience the brand

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field, or equivalent working experience

5+ years in customer marketing, customer advocacy, or a related function — with demonstrated ownership of review programs and customer evidence pipelines

Experience in B2B SaaS; cybersecurity or IT security industry experience a strong plus

Proven track record building and managing advocacy or reference programs, not just executing campaigns

Familiarity with review platforms (G2, Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius) and how they influence buyer behavior

Proficient in Salesforce and HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools

Experience working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success

Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office

Strategic thinker with execution discipline — able to hold a point of view and deliver against it

Strong relationship builder — comfortable engaging directly with customers and cultivating long-term champion relationships

Excellent written communication; able to find and tell a compelling customer story across multiple formats

Cross-functional influencer — this role must earn credibility with Product, PMM, Sales, and Events, not just serve them

Data-literate — able to track, interpret, and report on advocacy and content program performance

Highly organized with strong project management instincts across multiple concurrent workstreams — this is a heavily project-management-driven role

Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-team environment where influence matters as much as authority

The salary for this position ranges from $125,000-$145,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.

Application deadline: 9/9/2026.  This is our good-faith estimate of the date the application window is anticipated to close. KnowBe4 reviews applications on a rolling basis and reserves the right to close the application window early if a qualified candidate for the position is identified.
