ABOUT THE TEAM:

The Treasury team acts as 1st LoD and is at the forefront of driving financial excellence and supporting strategic growth. The Treasury team mission is to optimize the company's financial resources and investment, manage financial risks, ensure robust liquidity and effective cash management and comprehensive treasury operations.

Moreover the team collaborates closely with the product and business team to align financial strategies with business objectives. By contributing to impactful financial decisions, the Treasury team aims to enable sustainable success and growth.

About the role

As the Treasury Analyst - Liquidity, Forecasting & Risk, you will play a crucial role in the team to maintain our financial health, ensure efficient liquidity and capital utilization, funding requirements and drive our growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Cash Monitoring & Liquidity and Capital Forecasting

Manage and monitor daily global cash positioning, weekly forecasting, and quarterly liquidity and capital forecasting, as well as balance sheet forecasting (lending) across multiple entities, currencies, and business lines.

Develop and maintain cash flow models that support product expansion and business planning.

Continuous improvement of financial models within Treasury, particular cash flow forecasting and product funding models.

Stress testing and scenario analysis

Develop and apply stress testing to the forecasting models including scenario analysis.

Provide support to Treasury Liquidity, Forecasting & Risk team on funding requirement modelling.

Debt Financing, Performance Analytics & Decision(s) Support

Contribute and support the development of Treasury MI pack (quarterly/monthly).

Support the Treasury S&P team, Treasurer and the CFO with the analysis and the execution of debt financing strategies to fund growth and strategic initiatives.

Support the management for intra-group funding arrangements including pricing, documentation, and tracking.

Risk Management

Build and support the FX and Interest Rate Hedging implementation, including the recommendation and periodic reporting

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Tide is seeking an experienced Treasury Analyst. The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with Treasury liquidity and capital management.

Prior experience in financial services – preferably in technology-driven & scale-up environments preferred

At least an intermediate to advanced modelling skills, and willingness to upskill the modelling skills in Tide

Strong accounting knowledge, cash-flow forecasting and flow of funds

Self-starter, independent and extreme ownership mentality

Experience utilizing BI reporting tools (Looker/Power BI/Tableau etc) is desirable

Experience working within a dynamic and strong paced environment

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
