About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and collaborative Integrated Associate Director, Project Management to lead the execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns for top-tier clients. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality digital, content, experiential, and print assets. The ideal candidate will be a proactive go-getter who can navigate a fast-paced environment and effectively manage complex projects.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for marketing campaigns, from briefing and creative development to final delivery.

Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies.

Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across cross-functional and global teams, including creative, design, production, and account management.

Define project scope, ensuring creative deliverables align with the client’s brief and business objectives.

Coordinate translation and localization for global campaigns.

Track and manage project priorities, timelines, and deliverables, proactively communicating any risks or missing components that could jeopardize launch dates.

Ensure quality control and review deliverables to ensure they meet brand guidelines.

Run reports to track campaign learnings and inform future strategies.

Partner with account management and finance on scoping and budget needs.

Manage project hour burn reports and collaborate with operations to accurately allocate resources.

Establish and optimize processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness across all campaigns.

Lead escalation and risk management by assessing project status, flagging risks, and providing proactive mitigation plans.

About You

The essentials:

5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager, preferably with experience on the agency side.

Proven experience managing the timely, end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and print assets.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Strong project scoping, timeline development, and management skills.

Proven ability to be proactive, manage risks, and navigate solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self-starter with a high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Comfortable working autonomously and able to resolve or escalate issues appropriately.

Proficient in project management software and Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) or equivalent.

Familiarity with paid, owned, and earned media plans is a plus.

What We Offer

Monks has provided an hourly rate that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The rate offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
