The Digital Investment team develops and executes digital media strategies across programmatic and direct media channels, including CTV, display, video, digital audio, native, and other emerging formats. The Senior Manager is a client-facing digital investment lead responsible for managing day-to-day media strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients. This role helps develop digital investment plans, oversees campaign activation and optimization, and is accountable for delivering against client objectives, budgets, and performance goals. Oversee programmatic campaign activation across DSPs, ensuring campaign structure, targeting, budgets, tracking, QA, and launch requirements are accurate and aligned to the media plan.

Manage in-flight pacing, budget management, optimization, and performance across assigned campaigns, proactively identifying risks and opportunities and recommending appropriate actions.

Troubleshoot trafficking, creative, publisher, platform, and measurement issues, coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors and escalating more complex issues when appropriate.

Create and oversee performance reporting and analysis, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that support campaign optimization and client KPIs.

Measure campaign impact and effectiveness using relevant quantitative and qualitative metrics and translate results into clear insights and recommendations for clients and internal teams.

Present campaign recaps, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to account leads, strategic planners, and clients, with increasing ownership of client-facing conversations.

Serve as a subject matter expert in digital investment execution across programmatic platforms and digital media channels, helping the team apply best practices.

Build and maintain relationships with publishers, media vendors, data partners, and platform representatives, supporting effective execution and identifying opportunities for client performance.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and quality oversight to Account Managers and other digital investment team members, helping strengthen technical skills, campaign execution, and problem-solving.

About You

The essentials:
