About the Role

As a Community Manager for a 3-month fixed-term contract, you will be the face and voice of the brand across our social media platforms. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work. In this role, you will be a social-media-savvy professional who loves building connections, developing engaging content, and moderating online conversations. You will work closely with creative and data teams to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and a positive community experience. This role is London-based with hybrid working.

Responsibilities:

Post and manage content across different social media platforms on a daily basis.

Proactively & Reactively comment to user comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely, helpful manner.

Monitor and report on daily social interactions, tracking conversation trends around the brand.

Collaborate with the Project Manager, Data Analyst, Strategist, and Google team to flag local content ideas and streamline workflows.

Work with the data team to identify community insights, learnings, and performance metrics.

Stay up-to-date with digital technology and platform trends in real-time to pitch new, creative ideas.

About You

The essentials:

Experience: 3+ years of proven work experience as a Community Manager or in a closely aligned copywriting, social media, or channel management role for high-profile consumer brands.

Client Partnership & Collaboration: Highly comfortable working hand-in-hand with senior client stakeholders—acting as a trusted, collaborative partner in daily syncs, real-time approvals, and strategic alignment sessions.

Extensive Knowledge of UK Local Nuances: A sharp, intuitive understanding of British culture, humor, trending vernacular, and subcultures, with the ability to translate global brand guidelines into authentic local conversation.

Industry Insight: Demonstrated experience managing social communities within AI, consumer technology, or fast-paced digital consumer service sectors.

Communication & Editorial Eye: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail, tone consistency, proofreading, and brand safety compliance.

Tools & Analytics: Solid hands-on proficiency with enterprise social media management suites (specifically Sprinklr), tracking core engagement metrics, and interpreting basic media plans to inform organic boosting recommendations.

Mindset & Adaptability: A proactive, solutions-oriented team player who thrives under deadlines, balances multiple agency workflows simultaneously, and easily navigates fast-turnaround cultural moments.

Culture & Inclusion: Proven track record of collaborating effectively within diverse, multicultural, and cross-functional agency environments.

Not a must, but a plus:

Data & Analytics Comfort: Basic experience translating raw community engagement metrics into clean, client-ready summaries (e.g., helping draft weekly reporting).

Crisis Management Background: Experience working on high-visibility brands with complex, active escalation matrices or sensitive brand guidelines.
