The opportunity:

We’re looking to hire an experienced, versatile Senior Project Manager to help execute and manage the creative production process of various creative projects from brief intake to launch. Projects consist primarily of digital web assets, video assets, and email. You will serve as the main point of contact with our cross-functional teams (Internal and clients) and be responsible for managing and regularly updating project status and key details, while keeping things moving and on track. Regular client communication with clients at different seniority levels is also necessary for this role.

This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, a sense of urgency when responding to queries and while problem solving, as well as experience in managing projects, video production milestones, and/or producing digital content in an advertising agency or equivalent. An intimate understanding of what is needed to run a successful project from start to finish is key. The goal of your team is to be nimble and reactive while producing a high volume of output following an established process each week.

What you’ll do:

Manage with Senior Account Leads/Directors on creative, strategy, and execution across multiple client deliverables and projects. Leading own projects.

Build and maintain key relationships with day-to-day clients, ensuring feedback, project timelines, and requests are managed.

Manage end-to-end project life cycle from briefing, creative development to delivery

Develop and help define process both internally and across multiple agencies and their teams

Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication across assigned marketing programs

Ensure the appropriate resources are in place and manage their time day to day and hour to hour

Operate as a taskmaster for the team throughout the day, helping to move steps and deliverables along throughout teams

Work closely with teams to deliver on project scope of deliverables

Ensure quality control and review deliverables prepared by team

Manage trafficking creative for client review and feedback

Track project changes and their impact on the cost/timeframe of project delivery

Review project hours burn reports for program accuracy and risks

Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning

Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately on the server

Oversee and drive special projects as needed

Help ensure deliverables are produced on time and to client’s specifications.

Who we’re looking for:

Proven experience engaging with and directly managing projects with client stakeholders.

6+ years of experience in a project management role, working closely with creatives (i.e. designers, copywriters, motion designers) and clients

Demonstrate superior time management and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

A knack for unraveling complex problems and processes in an easy to understand way

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work as well independently as within a team

Creative agency experience a plus

High energy and go-getter attitude; comfortable working autonomously

Proficient in Google Docs, Slides, Sheets

Comfortable dealing with ambiguity

Sense of humor and strong team orientation
