What you’ll have to do:

Support Product Manager in everyday tasks.

Contract management: corresponding with suppliers, getting appropriate signatures, filing of contracts, monitoring of contracting stages.

Prepare and format tools (evaluation tools / performance tools).

Organize shipments in coordination with the logistics team.

Insert and maintain data in the ERP system.

Check and follow-up with suppliers’ deviations for goods, stock updates and shipments.

Plan selling campaigns together with the Operational Planner.

Follow all the campaigns from the planning assigned to the Buyer.

Prepare selling reports, analyze commercial data, and develop strategies with the Buyer.

Participate in the negotiating discussions with the suppliers, along with the Senior Product Manager

Manage small brands to develop his / her product management skills.
