P2P Operations Intern (Latam Regions)

Project Overview：This internship role sits within the Bybit Fiat P2P Regional Operations team, supporting day-to-day operations and growth initiatives in latam. The intern will work closely with the Regional Operations Manager and BD team to gain hands-on experience in P2P marketplace operations, merchant ecosystem management, market research, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced crypto/fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities：

1. Operational Support

Assist in monitoring regional P2P performance metrics (transaction volume, competitiveness, dispute rates, etc.); Help identify operational bottlenecks and compile data-driven insights for the team

2. Market Research & Analysis

Research regional P2P market trends, payment methods, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscape ; Compile reports on merchant feedback and user behavior patterns to support product and strategy decisions

3. Merchant Ecosystem Assistance

Support merchant onboarding processes, documentation, and communication ; Help maintain merchant performance tracking dashboards and incentive program records

4. Campaign & Growth Support

Support execution of regional growth campaigns, user acquisition initiatives, and go-to-market rollouts; Track campaign performance and prepare summary reports

Requirements：

1. Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish/Portuguese

3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities

4. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

5. Available for a minimum of 3 months, full-time or part-time (≥4 days/week)

6. Prior internship or project experience in operations, business development, fintech, or marketplace platforms
