The Role You'll Play
At Playlist, you'll help create thoughtful, relevant experiences that connect wellness businesses with the tools and opportunities they need to grow. As a Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll be a strategic, hands-on marketer who balances ownership, execution, and collaboration. You'll independently drive complex lifecycle programs while partnering with cross-functional teams to support broader business goals.
This individual contributor role owns end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across core workstreams and sits at the center of Marketing, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Technology, Sales, Onboarding, and Creative. You'll bring a strong B2B lifecycle foundation, a test-and-learn mindset, and the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of B2B lifecycle communications across email, in-product messaging, SMS, and select web channels
Develop personalized and segmented campaigns that support acquisition, engagement, upsell, retention, and expansion
Lead campaign planning, stakeholder alignment, content deployment, experimentation, reporting, and continuous optimization
Partner with Sales and Onboarding to strengthen customer engagement, retention, and expansion opportunities
Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Technology, Sales, and Creative to deliver cohesive, customer-centered communications
Manage multiple campaigns and business requests, prioritizing effectively across competing deadlines and ensuring high-quality execution
Define and report on lifecycle success metrics, using insights to shape strategy and improve performance
Partner with Marketing Technology and Operations to strengthen automation capabilities, scalability, and program effectiveness
The Experience You’ll Bring
6+ years of marketing experience, including 4+ years in lifecycle marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology company
Experience managing lifecycle communications across email and in-product channels, with SMS experience as a plus
Proven experience owning end-to-end lifecycle programs, including strategy, campaign planning, creative briefs, segmentation, personalization, calendar management, execution, and optimization
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
Experience with Marketo and/or Pendo is a plus
Strong analytical skills, including experience designing, executing, and measuring A/B tests
Excellent project management, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to independently deliver high-quality work

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $$86,475 to $115,300. The total compensation package for this position may also include a performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
