Specialist, Trading & Asset Operations

Your mission

Markets is the engine behind everything our clients trade, across crypto and traditional assets. As a Markets Operations Associate, you will work directly with the Head of Markets and our Trading Operations & Asset Lifecycle teams. You will help keep the business running smoothly, measured and ready to scale.

It’s an entry-level role with real responsibility from day one. You’ll see how a front-to-back trading business works, learn from experienced Markets professionals, and make a visible difference to how we operate and perform.

What you’ll do

Keep trading running: monitor daily processes and help resolve issues before they reach clients.

Run the asset lifecycle: take crypto and securities listings and delistings from request to go-live.

Keep Markets on track: own the weekly and monthly reporting and coordinate across teams.

Remove bottlenecks: work with Trading, Product, Engineering and Compliance to unblock initiatives.

Make it scale: spot manual work worth automating and improve our processes, including with AI tools.

Who you are

You have a degree in Finance, Economics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Trading experience: You’ve already worked close to trading or trading operations, and early-career or internship experience counts.

Curious about digital assets: Prior experience is a bonus, and a keen interest in the space is what counts

You are structured and detail-minded. You can analyse data, juggle priorities and explain results clearly.

You take ownership and follow a problem through to a solution.
