Your mission

You drive the day-to-day coordination of complex audits, examinations, and remediation tracking across Information Security, ICT risk, TPRM, and operational resilience. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of evidence collection, ensuring every request, decision, and finding remains perfectly traceable and audit-ready. By supporting domain owners and executing a highly controlled intake process, you will ensure our leadership has timely, accurate information for critical decisions and risk escalation.

What you’ll do

Engagement & Evidence Workflow Management: Operate the daily intake process for new engagements and evidence requests. Coordinate directly with domain and control owners to collect, organize, and quality-check evidence for completeness and version control against agreed internal deadlines.

Audit Portfolio Administration: Maintain the centralized audit calendar, engagement register, and findings inventory. Ensure precise tracking of scope, owners, requests, dependencies, and current status across all regulatory and internal assurance activities.

Documentation & Auditor-Facing Preparation: Prepare high-quality evidence packs, response trackers, meeting agendas, action logs, and status reporting. Ensure all submissions to auditors, regulators, and management are accurate, secure, and properly approved by domain owners.

Remediation Tracking & Control Integration: Track remediation plans and final closure evidence, identifying overdue or incomplete actions early. Partner with control-testing teams to coordinate the reuse of relevant evidence and proactively escalate delivery risks to the Audit Management Lead.

Process Optimization & Tooling: Administer the agreed workflow within existing GRC, ticketing, and collaboration tools. Consistently apply the audit-governance process while identifying safe opportunities to automate repetitive administrative work and reduce avoidable evidence rework.

Who you are

4–7 years of relevant experience in audit coordination, technology risk, information security GRC, regulatory compliance, control assurance, or structured programme management.

Proven track record of managing competing deadlines, handling sensitive information with sound judgement, and confidently following up with cross-functional stakeholders to drive action.

Strong understanding of audit evidence standards, control documentation, and the findings management lifecycle within a regulated environment.

Strong working knowledge of DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or third-party risk management is highly beneficial.

Excellent organization, attention to detail, and written communication in professional English (German is beneficial), with the ability to maintain highly reliable records and response trackers.
