Senior Staff Accountant
Position Summary
In this role, you will manage the core day to day transactional accounting activities that keep our financial operations running smoothly. You’ll ensure our accounting records are timely, accurate, detailed, and fully compliant with US GAAP—providing the foundation the organization relies on for sound financial decision making.

What You'll Do
Execute the company’s accounting and finance procedures with accuracy and consistency
Generate and input financial transactions into the company’s ERP system
Perform diligent self‑review of all entries prior to submission
Develop a strong understanding of complex processes, including revenue recognition, fixed assets, project accounting, and accruals
Demonstrate eagerness and enthusiasm to learn, grow, and adapt within a rapidly evolving enterprise
Complete the company’s monthly close process in a timely and organized manner
Analyze monthly financial results to ensure accuracy before final submission
Investigate monthly variances against forecast and clearly communicate findings
Prepare detailed general ledger account reconciliations
Ensure all sub‑ledgers reconcile to the general ledger and resolve discrepancies promptly
Verify proper recording of intercompany transactions
Communicate monthly financial results with clarity and reliability
Apply sound judgment, initiative, and attention to detail when addressing complex accounting issues
What You Bring
Must Haves
Thorough knowledge of general accounting principles and the practical application of accounting theory
Strong analytical and accounting skills with the ability to interpret and use data effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong command of the English language, both oral and written
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management
Demonstrated commitment to company values and professional integrity

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time non-exempt position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require.
Work Environment
This job operates in an office setting.
Travel
Travel is not a regular part of this role. Approximately, 5% required for occasional training or Finance-wide events.
