As a Senior Recruiter, APJ, you will own full-cycle recruiting for our Global Support & Services, Sales, Marketing & G&A teams across the region, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and a talent relationship builder for candidates. You will work closely with stakeholders across the People team, Finance, and Talent Ops to drive hiring outcomes, sharpen the way we present recruiting data, and continually improve the recruitment process for candidates, recruiters, and hiring panels alike. If you are a process-driven, detail-oriented recruiter who thrives on ambiguity and loves the thrill of finding stellar passive talent, we would love to have you on our team.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process — identify, engage, and evaluate top candidates for our Global Support & Services, Sales, Marketing & G&A teams, typically working on more complex roles spanning individual contributor to director+ level.

Conduct a regular cadence of meetings with key stakeholders, proactively anticipating issues relating to the broader People team, Finance, and Talent Ops, and engaging appropriately.

Manage local reporting, evolving how we present data to our client groups, and act as a thought partner to executives on strategies, critical decisions, and creative approaches for recruiting top talent.

Act as an unbiased assessor and advocate for hiring managers — focused on the best outcome for the business — while providing talent insights and industry-standard metrics; act as a talent relationship builder and business champion for candidates.

Support and engage with the infrastructure that enables strong TA effectiveness (branding/social, job descriptions, process design), constructively challenge the status quo, and begin developing experience training, mentoring, and onboarding other recruiters on business acumen and talent identification channels.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

7+ years of experience in recruiting across multiple functions (GTM, Support & Services preferred), with mastery of full lifecycle recruiting and developing experience, training, mentoring, or onboarding other team members.

Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools, with a proven ability to effectively collaborate with, network, and influence senior business leaders.

A strong focus on client and candidate experience, with excellent negotiation and closing skills, and working knowledge of offer structures and compensation drivers to advise hiring managers on market-competitive positioning.

Experience working in a data-driven recruiting environment with the ability to track and understand key metrics (conversion rates, etc.); experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus.

An innovative, out-of-the-box thinker with proven organizational skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize; experience at a start-up or in a scrappy, fast-moving culture is a must, and cybersecurity experience is a plus.
