What are we looking for?

SentinelOne is looking for a Professional Services Architect with solid enterprise cybersecurity expertise, strong hands-on delivery experience, and a proven ability to design and implement effective security solutions for complex customer environments.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing technical role. You are not a people manager, and you are not primarily pre-sales. You are a skilled technical practitioner who takes ownership of customer engagements from discovery and solution design through to deployment, handover, and long-term customer success. You bring technical credibility, clear communication, and a consultative approach to every engagement you lead.

Strong candidates will come from cybersecurity vendors, professional services practices, MSSPs, system integrators, and enterprise security teams. Prior experience with SentinelOne is an advantage, but demonstrable expertise in the relevant technology domains is what matters.

What will you do?

Primary responsibilities include:

Act as the primary technical owner for customer engagements spanning SentinelOne EDR/XDR deployments and Prompt Security implementations.

Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architecture across endpoint protection, identity, cloud security, and security operations, with a primary focus on EDR/XDR environments and their integration into the broader security ecosystem.

Deploy and configure Prompt Security across enterprise scenarios, including employee AI tool access, developer AI workflows, home-grown AI applications, and browser-based controls via enterprise MDM.

Advise customers on AI governance, data protection, and policy enforcement, addressing risks such as prompt injection and shadow AI usage.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during active deployments, escalating appropriately when complex architectural decisions arise.

Partner with pre-sales teams to scope engagements and provide technical input into Statements of Work (SOWs).

Work alongside channel partners (MSSPs, system integrators, resellers), providing technical guidance during joint engagements, building their delivery capability over time.

Contribute to internal and partner-facing delivery documentation, implementation guides, and technical reference materials.

Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and represent their technical needs internally.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

5 to 8 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity, with meaningful time in customer-facing technical roles such as Professional Service or security engineering.

Solid hands-on experience with enterprise EDR/XDR, including deployment, configuration, integration, and migrations from incumbent platforms.

Good understanding of endpoint telemetry, detection and response workflows, and integration with SIEM, identity, and cloud security platforms.

Practical experience designing and delivering AI security controls — Prompt Security or a comparable platform.

Understanding of browser-based AI security deployment via MDM and API-level integration patterns.

Awareness of AI security risks, including prompt injection, sensitive data leakage, shadow AI, and agentic AI workflows.

Experience contributing to engagement scoping, effort estimation, and SOW input.

Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.

Experience working alongside channel partners in a delivery or advisory capacity.

Proficiency across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments (installation, configuration, administration, security best practices).

Containerization: Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Strong working knowledge of security and network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, LAN/WAN, firewalls, IDS/IPS, etc.).

Automation and Scripting: Proficiency with automation tools or scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash).

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CCSP, or equivalent).
