Senior Product Manager - Trading Growth (Web3)

Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the execution of new consumer trading products at Trust Wallet and help shape their strategy and vision. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, business development, and security teams to ship fast, iterate with data, and deliver a seamless and secure user experience in the fast-evolving Web3 space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery and iteration of new trading products — from requirements and specs to launch, post-launch analysis, and continuous optimization.

- Build community and creator driven experiences that help users discover opportunities and make better trading decisions.

- Design and scale user growth programs — referral, invite, rewards, and partner incentives, including attribution, reward logic, settlement, and abuse prevention.

- Explore and build new products around tokenized real-world assets (RWA), bringing new asset classes to on-chain trading while handling their unique requirements.

- Apply a deep understanding of Web3 fundamentals, DEX mechanics, and market data to product decisions, ensuring new products are built on a solid trading foundation.

- Define success metrics, set up tracking, and run experiments to improve activation, retention, and trading volume.

- Track on-chain trends and the fast-moving consumer crypto landscape, and turn insights into product iterations and new product opportunities beyond the current roadmap.

Experience:

- 3+ years of experience on consumer crypto trading products (wallet, DEX/aggregator, or trading apps); 5+ years as a product manager.

- Preferred: hands-on experience building referral, affiliate, or rebate programs — reward mechanics, attribution method, commission settlement, and anti-fraud.

- Deep, first-hand familiarity with the latest wave of social and copy-trading apps and on-chain discovery tools — you use them yourself and have your own perspective on them.

- Solid understanding of on-chain trading: DEX and aggregator routing, slippage, gas, MEV, token market data (price, liquidity, holders), and memecoin/launchpad dynamics.

- Proven execution and strong communication — shipping fast, running multiple workstreams in parallel, writing clear PRDs, and staying resilient in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.

- Strong growth and data sense — metrics, funnels, cohorts, viral coefficient, LTV/CAC, and experiment design, to understand users and improve the product.

- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

- Nice to have: experience with creator/KOL ecosystems or community operations.
