Senior Product Manager, Customer Operations

Remote in EU, or hybrid in Barcelona, Palma, Dublin, or London.

This is a product role where a good idea in the morning can be in the product by the evening.

You’ll own Customer Operations: the internal systems and tooling that let Nuitee's CS team resolve issues and keep bookings fulfilled, across configuration, incident handling, and fulfillment tracking.

You’ll run it as a full business and product domain. You’re accountable for the outcomes, economics, priorities, and product decisions. You’ll help define what success looks like, then decide with your team what to prioritise, what to test, what to build, and where to make trade-offs.

The problem underneath is operational, not customer-facing. How do you raise fulfillment rate and cut incident volume without proportionally growing headcount or cost, in a domain with a direct, visible P&L?

What makes it interesting for you

You can move extremely fast. There’s very little red tape, teams make their own product decisions, and the culture is much closer to ask for forgiveness than wait for permission. If something makes sense, you can test it quickly instead of spending weeks getting alignment.

You own the path to the outcome. You’ll agree what success looks like, then decide with your team how to get there.

You own a real P&L. Fulfillment rate, incident volume, and cost-to-serve are concrete numbers you’re directly accountable for moving.

You’ll help build Nuitee’s product organisation. We got to roughly €1B in booking value without a proper product org. Now we’re building one, and you’ll help shape it as we push toward €10B.

Nuitée has grown 10x since 2022, was profitable before raising a $48M Series A led by Accel, and works with companies such as Revolut, Grab, Hopper, Priceline, and Sabre. This role comes with meaningful equity, so when we hit our next growth milestones, you get real upside in the company you’re helping build.

The kind of problems you’ll work on

How do we raise fulfillment rate and cut incident/ticket volume without growing CS headcount or cost in proportion?

What internal tooling would let CS resolve problems faster, with less manual work and fewer handoffs?

Where should we invest in CS systems to get the clearest return, in P&L terms, for the company?

This role fits if you

Have owned a product or business area end to end for several years and can show the outcomes you drove.

Understand operations, support, or internal-tooling economics, especially cost-to-serve, fulfillment, or efficiency trade-offs.

Can go deep into systems and operational mechanics and turn that into product decisions.

Are comfortable working closely with engineering on technically complex products.

Have worked in a high-pressure environment where you were expected to drive the outcome yourself.

Are willing to go deep into operations and cost/efficiency thinking rather than staying at surface-level product management.

Operations or internal-tooling depth matters more to us than travel experience.

Nuitée moves quickly, has little process, and gives people a lot of room to make decisions. You’ll do well here if ambiguity does not slow you down, you like going deep into difficult problems, and you want to be accountable for what your product actually delivers.

If this sounds like your kind of product role, we’d love to hear from you. You can apply with your LinkedIn profile or CV. The process is straightforward and typically takes 2–3 weeks.
