Data Analyst, Supply
About the role
Remote in EU, or hybrid in Barcelona, Palma, Dublin, or London.
Work with the data that powers hotel supply for a global travel marketplace and see what you build used within days, not months.
Every booking on our platform starts with hotel supply. That includes hotels and chains we contract directly, third-party suppliers, and our Cloud product. Sales and business teams lean on data to decide which hotels to approach, what to offer them, and where supply is falling short.
Demand for that analysis has outgrown the one person who covers it. Over time, dashboards have multiplied, and some of them disagree with each other. We want analysts who understand the question behind a request before anything gets built.
You'll join as the second analyst on Supply and Cloud. You'll take on defined analytical work, learn how our data fits together, and help turn scattered reporting into analysis people trust.
What makes it interesting for you
You'll be coached by the person who does this job today. You report to the analyst who runs Supply analytics, and there is real work waiting to be handed over, so you learn on live problems from the first weeks.
You'll see what your analysis changes. Your work goes to commercial and Cloud teams who use it to decide how to win and grow hotel partners.
You can move quickly. There is little red tape, and a data product built early in the week can be in users' hands within days.
You'll join while the data team is being built. Analysts are being placed next to business domains, so you'll have a say in how the function works and what good looks like.
Nuitée has grown 10x since 2022 and was profitable before raising a $48M Series A led by Accel. Customers such as Revolut, Grab, Hopper, Priceline, and Sabre rely on our supply, so the quality and coverage of the data behind it matter.
The kind of problems you'll work on
Which hotel partners and chains are performing well, and which deserve more commercial attention?
What does a sales team need to know before approaching a hotel, and how do we get it to them fast?
Why do two dashboards show different numbers for the same supply metric, and how do we build one version people trust?
Where do gaps or quality issues in hotel inventory cost our customers bookings?
When a request is vague, what should we clarify before building anything?
This role fits if you
Have hands-on experience analysing data with SQL, in an analyst role or a similar setting.
Can describe an analysis you delivered end to end, who it was for, and what you personally contributed.
Ask good questions when a request is unclear, and explain your findings and their limits to non-technical colleagues.
Are curious about commercial and supply questions, and want to understand how data connects to partners, products, and revenue.
Learn quickly, take feedback well, and stay steady when priorities change.
Exposure to dbt or data modelling is a plus. So is experience in a marketplace or platform business, though neither is required.
Nuitée moves quickly, has little process, and gives people a lot of room to make decisions. You'll do well here if ambiguity does not slow you down, you like going deep into difficult problems, and you want to be accountable for what your work actually delivers.
If this sounds like your kind of data role, we'd love to hear from you. You can apply with your LinkedIn profile or CV. The process is straightforward, with an initial conversation followed by two interviews.
