About the role (What you'll be doing)

This is a senior, high-ownership role at the centre of Hims' growth engine. You'll own paid media (brand & performance) end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance across our most critical acquisition channels, while partnering closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to drive measurable, scalable outcomes. This role is for someone who thinks in systems, brings rigour to experimentation, and has the commercial instincts to turn data into growth. This role reports to the Head of Growth within the Marketing team

As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will:

Own the paid growth engine end-to-end: define and execute channel strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms, making campaign and budget allocation decisions by triangulating first-party blended and attributed data sources.

Drive creative-performance loops: partner closely with creative teams to ideate, brief, test, and iterate on high-performing ad concepts - build a creative review process by using structured creative analysis to identify key performance variables and sharpen subsequent briefs.

Lead a rigorous test-and-learn roadmap: build and run structured experiments across audiences, creative, bidding strategies, and landing experiences to continuously improve efficiency and scale.

Own performance analytics and reporting: translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations; diagnose performance issues and opportunities using first- and third-party data to drive ongoing optimisation.

Champion measurement excellence: apply best practices across attribution, incrementality testing, and full-funnel performance tracking to ensure decisions are grounded in reliable signal.

Influence cross-functional growth strategy: collaborate with product, analytics, and senior leadership to shape priorities and stay ahead of platform changes, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.

Complete ownership of Paid Accounts: you’ll be responsible for everything that comes with these platforms. Be it building accounts from scratch, assisting or overseeing pixel implementation, ensuring best-in-class campaign structure and then launching, maintaining and optimizing ads.

About you (Who you are)

You have 6+ years of significant hands-on experience running several accounts, each with multiple channels, in performance marketing or paid media

Strong experience with Meta and Google performance channels: you have a track record of driving efficient customer acquisition across Meta and Google

You are deeply analytical: you are comfortable working with first and third-party data, attribution models, and blended performance metrics, and able to translate complexity into clear, confident

recommendations.

You are a structured experimenter: you build test-and-learn frameworks rather than one-off tests, and you know how to separate signal from noise to inform strategy.

You have worked very closely with creative teams: you are comfortable collaborating daily, writing a compelling creative brief, influencing a product roadmap conversation, and presenting performance

strategy to senior stakeholders with equal confidence.

You are confident with AI tools: you regularly use AI to help analyze and identify data concerns before formulating your own recommendation and driving its execution.

You must understand how to translate performance metrics into business outcomes. What does CAC mean for our business, how do we impact it and how do we build budgets to achieve order targets. You

need to love the numbers.

You are proactive and commercially minded, with a genuine curiosity about platform mechanics, consumer behaviour, and what makes paid media work at scale.

Nice to haves

Background in D2C, consumer, or subscription-based businesses, with focus on ROI, LTV, and retention.

Experience with incrementality testing, media mix modelling, or advanced attribution methodologies.

Hands-on experience running TikTok or YouTube as supplementary acquisition channels at scale.
