Medical Support Associate, Spain

About the role

The Medical Support Associate for Spain is part of the core care model. You'll be the bridge between our prescribers and patients, handling clinical queries, side effect triage, and treatment check-ins through digital channels in Spanish and English. It's a remote contractor role, 3-4 hours a day across 7 days.

What we're looking for

Registered Nurse (enfermera/o), Pharmacist (farmaceutico/a), or Doctor (medico/a)

A few years of clinical experience - you need solid triage and clinical judgment

Fluent Spanish and professional English, you'll use both every day

Comfortable working remotely without much hand-holding

Interest in telehealth and digital patient care

What you'll be doing

Triage and respond to patient questions, side effect concerns, and complaints through email, SMS, and chat (mostly written, some phone) in Spanish and English

Give sound clinical advice that keeps patients safe and on track with their treatment

Run scheduled treatment reviews

Write and maintain patient education materials in Spanish

Work with the broader clinical team to flag issues, improve protocols, and handle escalations

Cover a rotating 7-day window (3-4 hours/day including weekends)
