Why Cast AI?
Cast AI is an automation platform that operates cloud-native and AI infrastructure at scale. By embedding autonomous decision-making directly into Kubernetes and cloud environments, Cast AI continuously optimizes performance, reliability, and efficiency in production.
The old way doesn’t work. As Kubernetes and AI environments grow, manual decisions don’t. Cast AI replaces tickets, alerts, and manual tuning with continuous automation that adapts infrastructure as conditions change. Efficiency and cost savings follow naturally from that automation.
Over 2,100 companies already rely on Cast AI, including Akamai, BMW, Cisco, FICO, HuggingFace, NielsenIQ, Swisscom, and TGS.
Global team, diverse perspectives
We’re headquartered in Miami, but our impact is international. We take a global and intentional approach to diversity. Today, Cast AI operates across 34 countries spanning Europe, North America, Latin America, and APAC, bringing a wide range of perspectives into how we build and lead.
Unicorn momentum
In January 2026, we achieved unicorn status with a strategic investment from Pacific Alliance Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Shinsegae Group (a $50+ billion Korean conglomerate). Our valuation now exceeds $1 billion, and we’re just getting started.
Join us as we build the future of autonomous infrastructure.
About the Role
Cast AI operates across six legal entities and 34 countries, and this role is the backbone that keeps that global footprint compliant and employee-friendly as the company keeps scaling. Rather than owning one country's HR playbook, you'll run end-to-end People Operations across Lithuania, the US, UK, France, India, and Singapore, working directly with payroll, legal, and EOR partners in each market.
As Cast AI keeps expanding internationally following its recent unicorn milestone, this is a role with real room to build and standardize processes across entities, not just maintain what already exists.
What'll You Own?
End-to-end HR operations across Cast AI's Lithuania, US, UK, France, India, and Singapore entities, keeping every process compliant with local labor law and company standards.
The full employee lifecycle, onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding, plus the contracts and amendments that go with each.
Close partnership with local payroll providers, legal counsel, and EOR partners to keep employee data accurate, timely, and compliant.
Staying current on statutory requirements (leave, termination, working hours, benefits) in each jurisdiction, flagging compliance risk early and looping in external legal advisors as needed.
Day-to-day HR support for a distributed global workforce, including cross-border moves, transfers, and new-market-entry projects.
Benefits enrollment, changes, and renewals across every entity, including resolving issues and negotiating terms with local providers and brokers.
The HRIS itself: data accuracy, integrity, audit-readiness, and organized employee records that meet data protection requirements.
HR documentation and policy, drafting and localizing contracts, offer letters, and other local documents, and owning the employee handbook as laws evolve.
HR metrics and reporting for leadership, plus spotting opportunities to streamline, automate, and standardize processes across entities.
What'll You Need?
Proven experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or a similar generalist HR role, ideally across a multi-country or multinational environment.
A demonstrated track record managing HR processes, compliance, employee lifecycle, and documentation, across at least 2 to 3 different countries.
Experience administering employee benefits programs across multiple regions.
Hands-on experience with an HRIS platform (e.g. BambooHR, HiBob), plus strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Excellent written communication skills, with experience drafting HR policies, contracts, and formal documentation.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, especially around compliance and documentation.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
Fluency in English.
What Makes You Stand Out?
Experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.
