Senior Paid Search Manager
Mews runs paid search across multiple markets, and this role owns all of it. As Senior Paid Search Manager, you will set the end-to-end paid search strategy — from campaign planning and execution through to optimisation, testing, and performance reporting — with direct impact on acquisition, revenue, and efficiency targets.
This is a role for someone who has built and run paid search programs at scale. The paid search channel is a core acquisition driver at Mews, and the person in this role will set the strategic direction, define what good looks like across markets, and bring the rigour to back every move with data.
Mews operates in a genuinely complex paid search environment — multiple markets, multiple languages, and a commercial motion that spans SMB through enterprise. The work here is more varied than most paid search roles because of that complexity, and because you will be working directly with Data, Measurement, Finance, Brand, and Regional Marketing teams to tie search activity to real commercial priorities rather than managing a channel in isolation.
What you would do
Own paid search strategy end-to-end across all Mews markets — campaign planning, execution, optimisation, testing, and reporting.
Monitor and optimise performance against acquisition, revenue, ROI, and efficiency targets.
Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Data, Finance, and Regional Marketing teams to align search activity with commercial priorities.
Identify growth opportunities through experimentation, automation, and new platform capabilities.
Manage agency and platform relationships where applicable and ensure best practice implementation.
Produce insights and recommendations that influence broader performance marketing strategy.
What you would bring
Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads — bidding strategies, attribution, conversion tracking, and web measurement are things you know well, not things you are still learning.
Strong quantitative skills: you are comfortable working with large datasets and interpreting them to make sound commercial judgements.
A clear track record of improving paid search performance against measurable targets — acquisition volume, CAC, ROI, or similar.
Experience with reporting and visualisation tools such as GA4, Looker, Tableau, or SQL.
A solid grasp of digital marketing measurement and experimentation methodologies.
You use AI as a real part of your workflow, not as a novelty.
Nice to have
Experience with automation, scripts, or AI-enabled optimisation techniques in a paid search context.
