Senior Marketer, Demand Automation
Role Summary
We're looking for a senior marketer to own our Global English Pre-QL automation program that converts intent into meetings and deals for HubSpot's Small Business Growth Specialists and pushes the boundaries of what AI-powered demand generation can do.
This role sits at the center of HubSpot's small business new business automation motion. You'll work directly on a set of programs that already account for a significant share of discovery meetings every month through signal-triggered outreach and multi-channel automation on behalf of sales. The programs are built and performing. Your job is to make them work harder: running continuous experimentation, launching net-new plays, and proactively identifying what measurably improves meetings and deals
What You’ll Do
Be responsible for end-to-end performance of an intent-based automation program — running a continuous experimentation agenda on messaging, timing, personalization, and signal triggers to drive meeting conversion and deal influence across hundreds of Growth Specialists globally
Build and launch net-new automation programs, including signal-triggered sequences, multithreading experiments, and programmatic outbound plays
Partner with sales teams to design and refine rep-facing sequences, assisting on rollout end-to-end from scoping through performance evaluation
Own program reporting that surfaces insights, recommendations, flags risks, and identifies optimization opportunities proactively
What You’ll Bring
Has deep automation knowledge and knows how to use tools like HubSpot to their full potential
Is technical enough to get into the weeds: segmentation logic, signal triggers, building your own automation
Has hands-on experience with sales automation — particularly sequences — and understands how to build programs that reps actually trust and use
Brings big ideas and an experimental mindset — willing to test, fail fast, and iterate
Is highly data-driven, with the ability to translate performance data into a clear optimization agenda
Thrives in a focused scope with room to move fast and make an impact
Required Qualifications
Strong experience in marketing automation with measurable pipeline results
Experience designing and running growth-focused experiments
Comfort working with sales teams and translating rep feedback into automation strategy
Familiarity with AI-powered prospecting and personalization tools (Clay or similar)
Understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and short-cycle demand generation
Nice to Have Qualifications
Experience owning large-scale outbound automation programs
Background working closely with SDR or inside sales teams
