Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, Strategy, Customer Experience, and UX Research teams to translate business questions into research plans that inform strategic decisions.

Deliver compelling presentations and storytelling that influence product strategy, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market priorities.

Manage relationships with external research vendors and panel providers to ensure high-quality data collection and project execution.

Continuously evolve research methodologies, leveraging AI-powered research tools and emerging best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and insight quality.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent research initiatives and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment.
