We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee our health screening and research study programs. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring the successful launch of new programs, and fostering collaboration among interdisciplinary teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a strong background in clinical research, operational management abilities to ensure execution excellence, and a commitment to advancing health.
How You'll Make An Impact
Develop, implement, and manage programs supporting Health screenings and Research studies to meet organizational goals.
Perform comprehensive project evaluation, planning, timeline development, and analysis
Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
Integrated execution: Foster collaboration and communication among marketing, delivery, clinical, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of projects
Mentor and manage senior analyst.
Lead program team to ensure effective delivery of program
Monitor and evaluate program performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness. Prepare reports to evaluate and track program performance.
Address and resolve participant or program-related concerns in a timely and effective manner continuously improve the program participant experience
Stay current with advancements in the field of health and clinical research and integrate new knowledge into program development.
The Expertise Required
Proven track record of successfully managing and leading research programs.
Understanding of clinical trials, methodology, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred.
Minimum Experience:
7 years of experience in clinical research or a related field.
How We Work Together
Location: Remote within the United States. This role requires 100% of work to be performed in a remote office environment.
Travel: This is a remote position with up to 30% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role.
Physical demands associated with this position Include: The ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment.
The expected pay range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 USD per year for full time team members.
