In this player-coach role, you own the creative process from concept through final delivery, bringing together art direction, design, video production, and emerging AI technologies. You partner closely with Growth Marketing to turn performance insights into stronger creative, balance quality with the volume required for continuous testing, and mentor creative talent while remaining actively involved in execution. You bring a strong creative point of view, a willingness to experiment, and a commitment to producing work that performs.

Our team is passionate, empathetic, hard working, and above all else focused on improving the lives of our service professionals (our Pros). Their success is our success.

What you do each day:

Translate audience insights, marketing briefs, and performance data into multiple distinctive paid social concepts that drive leads, conversions, and customer acquisition

Own creative development from concept and storyboarding through art direction, production, editing, and final delivery, maintaining hands-on involvement throughout the process

Direct live-action shoots, creator content, user-generated content (UGC), and AI-assisted production, selecting the most effective approach for each creative concept

Produce short-form videos, motion graphics, static advertisements, and supporting assets while maintaining high standards of design and visual storytelling

Partner with Growth Marketing to evaluate campaign results, identify creative trends and opportunities, and apply performance insights to future concepts

Develop creative testing plans and maintain a consistent pipeline of concepts, hooks, and variations across paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) without sacrificing quality

Explore emerging creative technologies and AI-assisted workflows to improve production efficiency and expand creative possibilities

Mentor creative team members, provide actionable feedback, and collaborate with Marketing leadership to elevate creative quality and maintain production momentum

Qualifications:

7+ years of professional creative experience, including required experience at a creative, digital, or advertising agency; performance marketing or social-first agency experience strongly preferred

Proven experience personally developing and executing paid social advertising campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes, including qualified leads, conversions, or customer acquisition

Strong portfolio demonstrating original concepts, hands-on creative execution, art direction, production ownership, and campaign results

Advanced proficiency in creative production software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or equivalent tools), including short-form video editing, motion graphics, and static advertising

Experience directing or producing live-action video, creator content, user-generated content (UGC), or other short-form advertising

Experience analyzing paid social performance metrics and developing creative testing strategies across concepts, hooks, formats, and messaging

Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation, including generative AI creative production tools (Claude, Higgsfield, Daydream, Flora, or equivalent tools)

Experience mentoring creative professionals and presenting creative concepts to senior stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

What will help you succeed:

A multi-dimensional background with a breadth of cross-functional interests or depth of specialized mastery

Personal resilience to learn from scratch, and successfully thrive in ambiguity

A strong creative point of view with the ability to generate multiple compelling ideas from a single brief

A performance-oriented mindset that balances creative originality with measurable business impact

Strong visual storytelling instincts and a deep understanding of composition, typography, pacing, and motion

A collaborative, low-ego leadership style with a willingness to stay close to the work and lead by example

The ability to manage competing priorities, maintain creative quality, and deliver consistently under tight deadlines
