Role Overview

As the Director, Procurement & Vendor Management, you lead HCP's procurement and vendor management function within Information Systems, driving strategic technology sourcing, vendor partnerships, and operational efficiency across the organization. You establish and execute procurement strategies that optimize technology investments, strengthen vendor relationships, and enable the business to scale effectively while maintaining strong governance, security, and compliance standards.

You oversee the end-to-end technology procurement lifecycle, including vendor selection, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, purchasing approvals, vendor performance, and renewal management. You partner closely with Information Systems, Security, Legal, Finance, and cross-functional business leaders to evaluate technology needs, identify opportunities for vendor consolidation, and ensure purchasing decisions align with organizational priorities, technical requirements, and long-term technology strategy. You bring a data-driven approach to vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and technology usage forecasting while balancing operational efficiency with business agility.

You play a critical role in developing scalable procurement processes, systems, and governance frameworks that improve technology visibility, reduce vendor-related risk, and support HCP's evolving technology ecosystem. You influence stakeholders across the organization, establish accountability for technology purchasing decisions, and continuously improve how HCP evaluates, acquires, integrates, and manages third-party solutions. You serve as a trusted partner to technical and business leaders, translating complex vendor and technology decisions into actionable recommendations that strengthen operational capabilities and support long-term organizational growth.

Our team is passionate, empathetic, hard working, and above all else focused on improving the lives of our service professionals (our Pros). Their success is our success.
