Senior GTM Recruiter

The Role

At Chainguard, we're on a mission to change how the world builds and secures software, and we need a Senior Recruiter to help us grow. Your work will directly shape our sales organization across the Americas, from building the reps and leaders who open new accounts to hiring the talent that drives revenue growth. You'll own searches end to end, partner closely with hiring managers and sales leaders, and ensure every candidate walks away with a strong impression of Chainguard. This role is about building high-performing sales teams that fuel our growth, not just filling seats.

What You'll Do

Run full-cycle searches for go-to-market (GTM) roles across AMER, from AEs to sales leadership.

Partner with sales leaders to define roles, align on hiring priorities, and set clear expectations for what "great" looks like.

Build and manage pipelines that anticipate growth across the AMER sales org.

Deliver a consistent, candidate-first experience throughout the interview process.

Provide insights on sales talent trends, compensation, and recruiting strategies.

Adapt and improve recruiting processes so they scale effectively as the team grows, while staying human and flexible.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience recruiting primarily for GTM/sales roles, ideally within SaaS, security, or dev tools.

Proven ability to partner with senior leaders on high-priority hires.

Skilled at assessing sales talent — reading for MEDDPICC fluency, quota attainment, and sales acumen.

Comfortable building and evolving recruiting processes as the team scales.

A trusted advisor to hiring managers and a thoughtful, respectful partner to candidates.

Adaptable, curious, and energized by helping a startup scale its go-to-market engine.

Base Salary Range

$150,000—$165,000 USD
