About Enablement & the Role

Enablement exists to be a strategic partner to our GTM roles—building role proficiency through clear, scalable programs that align to business priorities. We drive accountability and adoption so teams execute with confidence, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and achieve our revenue outcomes.

As Senior Enablement Manager, EMEA, you’ll be Apollo’s first dedicated enablement hire in EMEA, helping shape how enablement supports one of our most important growth regions.

You’ll serve as the strategic enablement partner and primary point of contact for EMEA Revenue, bridging global enablement and GTM strategy to local field execution. You’ll work closely with EMEA Sales Leadership and frontline managers to identify the highest-impact performance opportunities, strengthen seller and manager proficiency, and improve execution across the sales motion.

You’ll have primary field enablement responsibility for our EMEA Account Executive and Account Management teams and serve as the local enablement partner for BDRs, Solutions Consultants, GTM Engineers, and the broader EMEA Revenue organization.

As Apollo continues to grow and hire across EMEA, new-hire onboarding and ramp will be a significant focus for this role. You’ll partner closely with our Global Onboarding Program Manager to drive the global Revenue onboarding experience in EMEA, support new hires through their first 90 days, and ensure regional insights continuously improve the global program.

You’ll also partner closely with the North America-based Sales Enablement Manager and global functional partners to scale what works, maintain consistency where it matters, and ensure EMEA insights help shape our broader enablement strategy.

This is a senior individual contributor role with significant autonomy and influence. We’re looking for someone who can move comfortably from diagnosing a business problem to setting strategy, aligning senior stakeholders, building the solution, and driving measurable adoption and impact in the field.

What You’ll Do

Partner with EMEA Sales Leadership: Work directly with Sales Leadership and frontline managers to diagnose performance opportunities and improve pipeline quality, deal progression, win rates, and overall field execution.

Drive global onboarding in EMEA: Partner closely with the Global Onboarding Program Manager to deliver and reinforce Apollo’s global Revenue onboarding program in EMEA, supporting new hires throughout their first 90 days and partnering with managers to drive successful ramp. Surface regional insights and feedback to continuously improve the global onboarding experience as Apollo scales.

Own ongoing & everboarding enablement: Build and deliver ongoing development for EMEA AEs and AMs that strengthens seller proficiency and addresses evolving skill and execution gaps. Own regional certification and readiness, establishing and reinforcing a clear standard for what “good” looks like across EMEA.

Translate global strategy into regional execution: Activate global enablement and GTM priorities across EMEA Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic teams, adapting execution to regional business and market needs.

Diagnose and improve field execution: Use performance data, Gong insights, field observation, and active deals to identify seller and manager gaps, deliver targeted interventions, and scale what “good” looks like across teams.

Enable frontline managers: Equip managers with practical frameworks, tools, and insights to inspect, coach, and reinforce consistent execution and sustainable behavior change.

Lead across teams: Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives that shape how the field sells and executes the sales motion, aligning stakeholders and scaling best practices across Revenue and adjacent teams.

Partner across EMEA Revenue: Serve as the regional enablement point of contact for BDRs, Solutions Consultants, GTM Engineers, and the broader Revenue organization, partnering with functional owners to activate global programs and priorities locally.

Modernize how we enable: Champion AI-augmented enablement and modern GTM technology to create scalable, personalized, in-the-flow learning experiences, while bringing EMEA field insights back into global GTM and enablement strategy.
