Senior DTC Sales Manager
About the Role
SharkNinja is looking for a Senior DTC Sales Manager to own and drive Canada's Direct to Consumer growth strategy. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and execution, responsible for shaping and delivering a retail sales plan that drives revenue, optimizes margin, and positions SharkNinja's DTC channel for sustained growth in the Canadian market.
The ideal candidate will bring proven ecommerce leadership, strong commercial judgment, and the cross-functional influence to align Sales Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and Marketing behind a shared DTC vision. This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up their sleeves to make it happen.
Key Responsibilities

Define and own KPIs across the DTC business, translating performance data into clear strategic direction and actionable recommendations for Director and VP-level audiences
Identify and size new market opportunities, category gaps, and emerging competitive trends, setting the analytical agenda that informs SharkNinja's positioning before others see the signal
Lead DTC representation in financial and business planning discussions, advocating for channel prioritization at senior leadership level and building a compelling commercial case for DTC investment
Account Management & Financial Ownership
Own full accountability for sales, profit, and inventory outcomes across all categories, delivering forecast updates on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles, and developing corrective strategies when performance deviates
Manage promotional budgets in partnership with Finance, using GM analysis to ensure promotional investments balance revenue growth and profitability
Cultivate and steward senior-level relationships across internal and cross-market stakeholders, establishing DTC as a strategically critical channel and sharing learnings that elevate the broader business
Forecasting, Promotional Performance & Inventory Management
Lead end-to-end forecasting and promotional planning in partnership with Strategic Sales, Finance, and Ecommerce leadership
Own the forecast submission process, maintaining the integrity of forecasts, pricing, and product data across planning systems so downstream teams are always working from accurate and up-to-date inputs
Identify and plan for risks and opportunities across product launches, seasonal moments, and supply constraints, developing action plans and surfacing recommendations to leadership
Recommend appropriate commercial responses to market pricing violations and proactively flag inventory risks to supply teams when gaps are identified
Partner with ecommerce merchandising, marketing, and CRM to ensure product placement, promotional timing, and investment decisions are commercially optimized across the full DTC funnel
Data, Analytics & Insights
Own DTC analytics and performance reporting, translating website performance, traffic, and sales data into strategic recommendations that inform senior leadership decisions
Build and maintain reporting frameworks that provide stakeholders with reliable, real-time visibility into DTC performance across categories and channels
Apply a data-first approach across the DTC function, ensuring planning, promotional, and inventory decisions are consistently anchored in robust commercial analysis
