Role Overview
As a Senior Director, Sales, you are the chief architect of our high-velocity go-to-market engine, sitting at the intersection of business acumen, systemic design, and frontier technology. You are not just a leader of people, but a designer of systems who determines the optimal operational orchestration between human talent and automated agents. You possess a distinct RevOps mindset, deeply understanding how to analyze the end-to-end transactional funnel, coach automated systems, and execute rapid sales cycles while maintaining an uncompromising commitment to human leadership development. You are responsible for closing the critical gap between traditional operators and technical system architects, building an environment where advanced data feedback loops deliver real-time metrics directly to representatives while developing second-line leaders across a high-growth infrastructure.
Our team is passionate, empathetic, hard working, and above all else focused on improving the lives of our service professionals (our Pros). Our success is their success.
What you do Each Day
Architect the overarching sales strategy, balancing human intervention and AI agency to maximize high-velocity transactional funnel efficiency
Design the structural framework for determining what work is performed by human representatives versus automated agents
Coach automated agents and optimize their workflows to maximize conversion rates within a compressed sales cycle
Implement technical feedback infrastructure that delivers real-time coaching metrics directly to sales representatives
Analyze complex GTM data and sales funnels to identify operational bottlenecks and engineer systemic improvements
Hire, train, and develop sales supervisors and managers to construct a scalable leadership pipeline
Provide macro-level direction to cross-functional operations and sales enablement teams to optimize territory and pipeline systems
Collaborate with executive leadership to align technological scaling with department financial performance and budget allocations
Establish key performance indicators to monitor the efficacy of the human-to-agent operational matrix
Cultivate a culture of hyper-learning curiosity and resilience across a large-scale sales organization
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Sales Leadership, RevOps, or GTM Strategy with a proven track record operating within a fast sales cycle SaaS environment
Experience leading large teams of 50 or more, demonstrating an aptitude for managing substantial growth and fostering the professional development of sales teams
Proven ability to lead, hire, and train not only managers but also contribute strategically to the overall leadership development within the organization
Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation
Demonstrated capacity to serve as an operator and architect who builds technical workflows rather than simply managing traditional teams
Mastery of modern sales tech stacks, advanced CRM architectures, and automated funnel analysis platforms (i.e. Customer Relationship Management, Content Management Systems, Data Insight tools)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
What will help you succeed in this role
A rich portfolio of active, self-directed exploration showing either an exceptional breadth of cross-functional interests and profound depth of specialized mastery; alongside the personal resilience to learn from scratch, and successfully thrive in ambiguity
Exceptional business acumen with an intrinsic understanding of how technical funnel inputs impact downstream revenue outputs
High emotional intelligence coupled with a dedicated passion for human coaching, culture creation, and second-line leadership development
Deep systems thinking capability with a demonstrated history of successfully avoiding enterprise stagnation in favor of high-velocity growth dynamics
