As an ITSS In-Office Support Engineer on our IT Team, you'll be the hands-on technology partner keeping our London office running smoothly every day. This team is the front line of IT support at Coinbase, owning hardware, software, and collaboration infrastructure across our global offices. You'll troubleshoot issues in real time, manage onboarding and off-boarding workflows, and drive improvements that make every employee's experience faster and more reliable.

What you'll do:

Own day-to-day technical support for the London office, resolving hardware, software, networking, and AV/conference room issues across macOS, iOS, Chrome OS, Windows, and Android platforms

Drive onboarding and offboarding operations end to end, ensuring every new hire is productive on Day 1 and every departure is handled securely and efficiently

Maintain and improve IT documentation, including setup guides, troubleshooting runbooks, and knowledge base articles that keep pace with live systems and evolving tooling

Partner with IT Procurement and local vendors to coordinate hardware logistics, supply chain processes, and office technology refresh cycles

Lead first-line network and AV troubleshooting, triaging issues to specialized teams with clear diagnostics and context to accelerate resolution

Execute on IT Operations scrum team projects, contributing to initiatives that scale support capabilities and reduce manual effort across the global service desk

Required Skills and Experience:

2+ years in IT support, service desk, or endpoint engineering with hands-on experience supporting macOS, iOS, Chrome OS, Windows, and Android in a corporate environment

Working proficiency administering SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Atlassian (Jira Service Management), Okta, Jamf, and Slack, with the ability to troubleshoot access, provisioning, and integration issues

Mid-level networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, with the ability to isolate connectivity issues and escalate with actionable diagnostics

Demonstrated root cause analysis methodology, with a track record of identifying recurring issues and driving systemic fixes rather than repeat break-fix cycles

Experience coordinating with service vendors and IT procurement teams to manage hardware logistics, office buildouts, or supply chain workflows
