Role Overview:

As a Senior Associate, Strategic Partners, you are responsible for enrolling new accounts, supporting existing partners, and driving event execution forward. You bring strong communication skills and feel comfortable jumping into new projects, asking insightful questions, and taking initiative. You are empathetic, hard working, and focused on building and nurturing long-term relationships with our partners. You adapt quickly and balance a range of responsibilities while effectively communicating client trends, information, and feedback to your teammates. You maintain prompt attention to details and timelines, bringing an infectious drive that feeds your self-starting attitude. You understand customer needs and consistently meet those needs with successful product sales and solution delivery.

What you do each day:

Conduct outreach to territory managers and sales reps within our strategic partnerships, such as Sherwin Williams, Lennox, The Home Depot, Carrier, etc.

Support existing partners by creating go to market assets, answering questions, and providing in-depth training for 1 to many partner employees

Contribute to team goals by managing the enrollment process for strategic partners

Coordinate upcoming events for HCP to attend, collaborating with marketing to deliver collateral and attending in-person events

Align cross-functionally with the Events department in Marketing for upcoming Business Development events

Collaborate with the Small Business and Key Account Sales Managers and reps to ensure an optimal enrollment process

Innovate on current processes and proactively seek ways to improve the partner experience

Troubleshoot issues with partners using foundational product knowledge

Conduct outreach to potential partners to build awareness, momentum, and create new partnerships

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in franchise sales, partnership sales, or enterprise sales

Hands-on experience with CRM software (i.e. Salesforce)

Prior experience in high volume outreach to partner employees

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows, streamline execution, or enhance outputs

Strong ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal and external partners

Deep understanding of business processes and proven ability to manage complex relationships

Knowledge of and established relationships within relevant home service industries (i.e. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpet cleaning)

Proven success building strong relationships internally and externally

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong problem-solving capabilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment with strong organizational and time management skills

Possess a self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates, with an expected base salary range of $70,000-$82,000 and annual on-target earnings range of $93,000-$105,000. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
