Prototype and test agentic experiences, using findings to refine interaction patterns, orchestration, and user experiences.
Manage workstream deliverables, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and ensure work meets or exceeds client expectations.
Effectively quality assure work and clearly communicate design rationale, recommendations, tradeoffs, and implications to client stakeholders.
Contribute agentic design expertise to proposals, pursuits, client research, and other business development activities.
Share expertise across the practice and help develop reusable agentic design methods, patterns, tools, and accelerators.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize complex information, and support data-driven recommendations for clients, exercising sound judgment in evaluating outputs.
Apply AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, data models) to enhance insights, improve delivery efficiency, and elevate the quality of client outcomes.

Demonstrated experience working directly with clients, facilitating workshops, managing workstreams, and communicating with business and technical stakeholders.
Experience designing agentic workflows and agentic experiences, including human-agent interactions, workflow orchestration, decision points, and escalation or exception paths.
Strong understanding of generative AI, AI agents, conversational or interaction design, and the opportunities and constraints of AI-enabled software.
Ability to translate complex business processes and technical concepts into intuitive experiences, prototypes, journey maps, service blueprints, or workflow designs.
Strong collaboration, problem-solving, facilitation, communication, and quality assurance skills.
Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation, coupled with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, mitigate bias, and ensure high-quality outputs.
