About the Role

Abnormal AI is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to work our day-to-day Salesforce administrative ticket queue and backlog. You'll take ownership of tickets in the queue — scoping the work, shipping fast declarative fixes, and clearing backlog — while supporting cross-functional teams like Marketing Operations along the way.

This is an administration-focused role. You'll work within Salesforce's declarative tools — Flow, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets — rather than writing code, and you'll partner closely with our broader systems and Marketing Operations teams to prioritize backlog and escalate anything that needs deeper platform or security expertise.

What You'll Do

Work the Salesforce administrative ticket queue and backlog end to end: scope complexity, prioritize, and ship resolutions for Sales Ops and cross-functional GTM stakeholders.

Serve as the dedicated Salesforce point of contact for top of funnel workstreams, supporting needs like campaign infrastructure and lead/contact routing and personalization.

Build and maintain declarative solutions using clicks-not-code: Flow, validation rules, page layouts, record types, permission sets, and reports/dashboards.

Provide fast, accurate day-to-day Salesforce support to end users across the GTM org.

Use and evolve AI-assisted tooling to speed up requirements gathering and solution design, and to keep documentation and end-user guides current.

Escalate requests that require custom development, platform security changes, or integration work to the appropriate specialist.

Monitor and report on backlog health — ticket volume, aging, and throughput — flagging capacity risk before it becomes a bottleneck.

AI Forward Hiring

This role is expected to use AI as a core part of how the work gets done, not just to be aware of it. You'll actively use and extend AI-assisted tooling to speed up requirements documentation and solution design — treating it as a lever to clear more backlog, not a novelty. Strong candidates can point to concrete examples of using AI tools to move faster and produce more thorough, reliable work, not just experimenting with them.

Must Have Skills

2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a production, multi-user org

Salesforce Administrator certification required

Strong declarative configuration skills: Flow, validation rules, permission sets, page layouts, record types, and reports/dashboards

Demonstrated ability to work a high-volume ticket queue: prioritization, resolution, and clear communication with non-technical requesters

Experience supporting Sales and/or Marketing Operations stakeholders in Salesforce (campaign infrastructure, routing, lead/contact management)

Ability to scope and estimate work and communicate realistic timelines to requesters

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with Salesforce CPQ from an end-user or configuration perspective

Familiarity with AI-assisted development or documentation tools

Experience building or using internal automation/AI tooling to speed up support workflows

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
