Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Payments Product Owner, you will be at the forefront of our expansion in the EU. You will play a pivotal role in building and managing our payment products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Strategic Reporting: Direct report to Head of Payments EU / Managing Director of Bybit Payments GmbH.

Product Ownership: Lead the lifecycle of payment products including accounts, international transfers, cards, digital payments, digital wallets, FIAT currencies and stablecoins (e-money tokens).

Business Development: Act as business development and sales expert for our payment products. You will drive B2B client acquisition, accompany the sales team in high-level pitches, advise corporate clients on API integrations for both fiat and EMT flows, establish strategic channel partnerships, and translate market demands directly into the product roadmap.

Stakeholder Management: Act as interface between technical teams, legal & compliance, AML, payments operations, sales, and external financial partners.

Project Management: Lead big project set-up and management, driving complex initiatives from conception through to successful execution.

Your Profile:

Experience: 4-6 years of professional experience working within the banking, payments, or fintech industry as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Solutions Engineer, paired with strong commercial or pre-sales experience.

Industry Expertise: Proven experience in building and launching successful new product lines or businesses from the ground up. Deep understanding of traditional payment rails (SEPA, SWIFT, ISO 20022) as well as the digital asset space (stablecoins, e-money tokens, digital wallets).

Regulatory Awareness: Solid understanding of EU financial regulations, AML, and KYC processes to ensure compliant product design and client onboarding.

Communication & Languages: Excellent stakeholder management skills. English and German are preferred, other European languages and fluency in Chinese is a strong plus.
