What is a Sales Training Associate?

The Sales Training Associate (STA) Program is an immersive and comprehensive 6–12-month program designed to introduce new college graduates to AtriCure and the medical device industry.  As a Sales Training Associate, you’ll gain the clinical knowledge, business acumen, and field experience needed to build a strong foundation for long-term success in the competitive and rewarding medical device industry.

Through our Sales Training Excellence Program, you’ll learn directly from the Global Training and Education team, Sales Managers, Territory Managers and experienced Field Clinical Specialists while gaining exposure to customers, procedures, and the day-to-day realities of supporting a growing medical device business.
