We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our global Sales Operations team, supporting our EMEA and APAC regions. This role is embedded in the day-to-day operations of our regional sales business, working directly with EMEA and APAC sales leaders to drive pipeline discipline, process consistency, and operational efficiency. You will serve as a key operational partner to the field, ensuring our sales teams are set up to execute effectively and that our go-to-market processes are followed rigorously.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary day-to-day operations partner for EMEA and APAC sales managers, supporting pipeline management calls and ensuring adherence to CRM and sales process standards

Own operational execution across the regional sales lifecycle — from lead qualification through deal closure — identifying bottlenecks and driving process improvements

Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Business Systems teams to support regional forecasting, goal-setting, and quarterly business reviews

Partner with the Sales Enablement team to ensure adoption of key sales practices, tools, and methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC) across EMEA and APAC teams

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a GTM-facing business operations role within a SaaS or software company

Direct experience supporting a quota-carrying sales team in an operational or business partnering capacity

Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including pipeline management and deal tracking

Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, or HR to execute on a shared operational process

Preferred Qualifications

Prior exposure to sales compensation plan administration or incentive program tracking

Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a comparable enterprise sales qualification methodology

Experience supporting EMEA or APAC sales teams, including comfort working across multiple time zones

Experience participating in annual or quarterly planning cycles for an international sales team, including territory design or quota distribution

Exposure to sales forecasting processes, including pipeline review cadences and call preparation

Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., generative AI assistants, AI-powered CRM features, or sales intelligence platforms) to improve operational efficiency or accelerate analysis
