Axonius, a leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). You will keep two busy go-to-market leaders efficient and effective by managing schedules, coordinating travel, handling confidential information, and facilitating communication across the GTM organization.

This is an ideal position for an ambitious career Senior Executive Assistant who works well under pressure and with senior management teams. You will have experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a fast-paced sales, marketing, or technology environment, and a strong understanding of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. You are creative, exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, and enjoy an entrepreneurial, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Support GTM execution: Anticipate the CRO’s and CMO’s needs and act on them early, preparing meeting materials, briefing documents, and agendas in advance. Help prepare for and execute key GTM initiatives such as product launches, market events, and sales campaigns, and support the design and delivery of the department All Hands meeting.

Run the operating cadence: Coordinate leadership meetings, forecast calls, QBRs, board preparation, and sales kickoff and field events across Sales and Marketing. Monitor deadlines, capture action items, and follow up so decisions turn into results.

Manage two calendars with confidence: Proactively schedule and prioritize a high-volume calendar for both executives, coordinating internal and external meetings and resolving conflicts before they arise. Protect time for strategic work by minimizing conflicts and managing competing priorities between the two.

Be the front door and the barometer: Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison between the CRO, the CMO, and internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and third parties. Stay attuned to what is happening across the GTM organization and keep both leaders informed.

Draft and polish communications: Write, proofread, and edit memos, reports, presentations, and emails with accuracy and clarity, and gather data to support executive decision-making.

Coordinate travel and logistics: Arrange complex domestic and international itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visas. Plan the logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, onsite and offsite.

Protect confidential information: Organize and maintain sensitive documents and files for easy retrieval, and handle forecasts, compensation, and customer data with complete discretion.

Partner across teams: Work with Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, People, and other teams to keep priorities aligned, and support budget and expense management for the CRO and CMO organizations.
