We’re leaning into intelligent tools to streamline our workflows, giving us more time for high-impact innovation. We look for curious, forward-thinking people who are ready to explore how AI can elevate their work and help us reimagine the future of HR.

Essential Job Duties

As a Sales Operations Manager at BambooHR, you’ll help our revenue organization improve sales productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness by optimizing sales processes, systems, and operational workflows. You’ll partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and execute initiatives that support revenue growth.

Reporting to Brennen Russon, Sr. Manager, Sales Operations, this is an individual contributor role with no supervisory responsibilities. For this opening, your initial focus will be supporting Expansion Sales within the Revenue Flow and Integrity team, working closely with Cody Brunson. You’ll balance business partnership and project ownership with revenue technology administration, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational support.

You will:

Partner with Sales leadership and assigned sales segments to understand business needs, address operational challenges, and improve sales processes, productivity, and performance.

Evaluate workflows, identify inefficiencies and root causes, and design scalable process improvements and automations that reduce manual work.

Support the implementation, administration, integration, and optimization of revenue technologies, including Salesforce-connected applications and sales productivity tools.

Partner with the internal Salesforce Administration team to scope, troubleshoot, test, and implement enhancements, automations, and fixes that meet business requirements.

Independently manage operational projects from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Support sales processes, lead and opportunity management workflows, territory assignments, and rules of engagement.

Investigate and resolve system, process, and data issues affecting sales productivity or revenue flow. Assist with the Sales Operations helpdesk queue as needed, prioritizing revenue-impacting issues.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing Operations, Revenue Analytics, Salesforce Administration, and other partners to align solutions with broader business objectives.

Use Salesforce reporting and operational data to identify trends, investigate issues, evaluate process effectiveness, and measure results after launch.

Maintain clear documentation of business processes, system configurations, workflows, and dependencies to support knowledge sharing and sustainable operations.

Help stakeholders prioritize competing needs by explaining expected impact, capacity constraints, and dependencies, and recommend maintainable solutions.

Salesforce knowledge: Strong working knowledge of leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, reporting, and core sales workflows.
