Revenue Operations Manager
About the Role:
The Revenue Operations Manager owns complex quote support and operational execution while influencing strategy, systems, and process design across the revenue engine. This role acts as a key cross-functional leader, driving consistency, scalability, and compliance across quote-to-cash and broader RevOps initiatives.
This is a global role supporting cross-regional stakeholders. While primary support will focus on local/regional AEs and Sales Managers, the role requires collaboration across time zones and flexibility in work schedules to meet business needs.
This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to work from our San Francisco or Washington D.C. office 3 days per week.
Impact You'll Own:
Own complex and non-standard deal structures, including pricing exceptions, amendments, and multi-element agreements
Ensure all quotes are compliant with SOX, revenue recognition, and booking policies
Influence upstream deal behavior by educating Sales on best practices and policy implications
Transition from user to system thinker—understanding how changes impact downstream processes
Extract insights from operational data and translate them into actionable recommendations
Recommend, lead and manage scalable process improvements from design through implementation
Document and standardize processes to support growth and audit readiness
Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, Finance, Legal and cross-functional partners
Surface trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
What You Bring:
6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or Finance Operations
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Experience supporting global, multi-segment sales organizations
Ownership of complex quote-to-cash processes across regions
Experience partnering directly with Sales Directors, Finance leadership, Accounting, Legal, and Systems teams
What Makes You Stand Out:
You think like a revenue architect — understanding how quoting decisions impact forecasting, accounting, renewals, and long-term customer value
You bring structured recommendations to leadership, not just summaries
You’ve influenced global process standardization while navigating regional complexity
