About the Opportunity

OKX SG Pte. Ltd. ("OKX SG") is building a robust, scalable compliance function in support of our Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulatory obligations. As Compliance Manager, you will partner with the OKX SG CCO and cross-functional stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, and Operations to advance our Capital Markets Services (CMS) program and maintain a compliance framework aligned with MAS expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating Singapore-specific compliance policies, procedures, job aids, controls descriptions, and governance documentation to support local regulatory requirements and licensing commitments.

Support the enhancement and ongoing maintenance of OKX SG’s AML/CFT, sanctions and broader regulatory compliance framework in line with applicable MAS rules, notices, guidelines, and internal standards.

Prepare clear, well-structured written materials for CCO, senior management, Board, auditors, and regulators, including governance decks, issue summaries, risk assessments, gap analyses, remediation updates, and regulatory briefing papers.

Track regulatory commitments, licensing conditions, control enhancements, and remediation actions arising from internal reviews, external reviews, audits, or regulatory feedback. OKX SG’s compliance function is responsible for tracking and taking corrective action to remediate findings.

Assist with the preparation and maintenance of management information, governance reporting, and status reporting across the compliance program for CMS.

Support regulatory engagements, inspections, and information requests by organizing documentation, validating evidence, and helping prepare concise, accurate responses.

Contribute to compliance training and awareness efforts for relevant stakeholders. OKX SG’s compliance framework requires training materials and attendance records to be maintained and risk-based training to be delivered where required.
