Recruiting Coordinator (6-Month Project)
The Role
We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the People Operations team who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating exceptional candidate experiences. As we continue to scale, this role plays a key part in ensuring our hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently. You will support recruiters and hiring managers across the business, helping us attract and engage top talent by delivering a consistent, professional, and well-executed interview experience. The candidate experience is central to this role — your work directly shapes how prospective employees perceive our organization.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, self-directed, and comfortable solving problems independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to meet hiring goals.
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $53,000 - $83,000 (base salary) + benefits.

What You’ll Do
Coordinate virtual interviews across multiple time zones, managing scheduling with accuracy and urgency
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage interview logistics from candidate through first day onboarding
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates scheduling needs, providing timely communication and support throughout the interview process
Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience that reflects professionalism and attention to detail
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Greenhouse (ATS)
Ensure interviewers are prepared with schedules, materials, and relevant candidate information
Support offer letter preparation and pre-onboarding coordination
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve recruiting operations
Who You Are

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Skilled at problem-solving and navigating scheduling challenges
Comfortable learning new systems and tools
Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
Collaborative and service-oriented, with a focus on enabling hiring success
Experience with Greenhouse, GoodTime, or Workday a plus
