About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Recruiter to partner with our Communications team. This team tells Anthropic's story across corporate, product, executive, and internal communications. In this role, you will be the team's primary recruiter. You will own searches from intake through offer, and you will advise leaders on where the talent is, what it costs, and how to win it. The best communicators are rarely looking, so finding them is the job. As the team grows, you may also support hiring for Brand and Marketing.

Key responsibilities

Have a passion for AI's potential to positively impact the world, and a realistic view of its risks and limitations

Have recruited for communications, PR or adjacent roles, and understand what great looks like in that craft

Know how to find and engage candidates who are passive through a variety of creative channels

Build trust with senior leaders, and have the confidence to push back with data

Write clearly and pay close attention to detail, because candidates and comms leaders will notice both

Run a tight, high-touch process that respects candidates' time and helps hiring managers decide quickly

Turn hiring data into clear recommendations, not just status updates

Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle executive and confidential searches with discretion

Preferred qualifications

Have 10+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a track record of closing senior, hard-to-fill roles

Experience hiring for a high-growth technology company whose public narrative matters

A network across media, agency, and in-house communications talent

Experience supporting executive hiring

Experience using AI tools in your daily work, and are curious about where they can take recruiting next

The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Annual Salary:

$240,000—$295,000 USD
