Product & Privacy Paralegal
The Role You'll Play
This paralegal role sits at the center of our Legal Team’s product and privacy work, helping connect legal guidance with the teams building, marketing, securing, and supporting our products. You’ll partner closely with attorneys and cross-functional stakeholders to track product functionality, support privacy and regulatory workflows, maintain key records, and help the business move thoughtfully and efficiently in a dynamic global environment.
Support product and privacy legal matters, including documenting product functionality, tracking regulatory requirements, maintaining records related to key compliance features, and triaging outreach from the business
Partner with product, engineering, marketing, security, procurement, finance, and other teams to support legal workflows related to our products and services
Maintain privacy, product, regulatory, and procedural documentation across products, jurisdictions, and internal teams
Help evaluate AI tools and legal tech, support implementations/integrations, and help pilot and optimize automation to improve adoption and productivity
Draft, review, and manage privacy-related documents, including DPAs, privacy provisions, notices, and similar terms, using established templates and attorney guidance
Support attorneys with research and analysis related to privacy laws, marketing regulations, trade practices, consumer protection, accessibility, and other global compliance topics
Help track, organize, and maintain the organization’s privacy program, including review of privacy-related notices, terms, and communications published internally and externally across relevant platforms and assist with responses to non-standard customer support escalations relating to privacy
Draft clear, audience-appropriate communications for internal teams, outside counsel, and external stakeholders on product, privacy, and regulatory matters
Identify and support process improvements to enhance the legal team’s efficiency, organization, and recordkeeping across product and privacy workflows.
The Experience You’ll Bring
5+ years of relevant paralegal experience with an in-house legal department, law firm, or a combination of both. Some in-house experience, particularly at a company with global operations or technology products, strongly preferred
Strong experience supporting product, privacy, marketing, consumer protection, or regulatory legal matters
Experience maintaining product, privacy, regulatory, and procedural documentation across products, jurisdictions, and teams
Familiarity with global privacy and marketing laws, including CCPA, GDPR, TCPA, ADA, HIPAA, and similar laws or regulations
Experience assisting with the administration of a global privacy program is a strong plus
Experience drafting, reviewing, or managing DPAs, privacy provisions, privacy notices, or related documentation under attorney supervision
Familiarity with GenAI and related legal considerations, and hands-on experience with AI tools to work smarter, improve efficiency, and deliver better results
Experience supporting product launches, regulatory assessments, compliance projects, or other complex cross-functional legal initiatives is a strong plus
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent computer and GenAI skills, including Microsoft Office applications, Slack, Notion and familiarity with GenAI systems and prompts

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $65,400 to $87,200. The total compensation package for this position may also include a performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans
